Liz Bazini

Liz Bazini has 15 years of experience as a communications professional working with startups and established brands across technology sectors. Prior to founding Bazini Hopp, Liz was managing director at Connors Communications where she helped manage the agency, developed new business, lead the client service teams and marketed the company's web-based application, HitTail.com. Her big-picture approach to PR and social media helped define market leadership positions for her clients, most notably Goodmail Systems, VideoEgg, Vonage and divisions of Microsoft and MTV Networks.

Before joining Connors in 2004, Liz served as director of marketing and communications for TéléMatch, Canada’s leading French-language telephone and online dating service. She led the company's advertising and promotional programs that resulted in increasing revenues 400 percent in 16 months and the company’s acquisition by a leading competitor. From 1998 to 2002 Liz worked up to senior account executive at Verrecchia Group Communications – a high-tech PR agency in Montreal, Quebec – garnering exposure for her clients in Canada and the U.S.

Liz has a passion for community service and has been the Chair of Young Hadassah International since 2008. She was previously president of the Israel Cancer Research Fund (2003-04) in Montreal.

Liz has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Marketing from Concordia University in Montreal and a certificate in International Business from American University, Washington, D.C. She lives in NYC with her husband and baby boy.
